The film chronicles Snow White’s journey from humble beginnings to becoming a trailblazer in fertility treatment, presenting her story as one of unwavering perseverance against all odds. Rachel Zegler delivers a compelling performance as the younger Snow White, embodying youthful optimism, determination, and the idealism of a man set to revolutionize a deeply conservative field. Her chemistry with Gal Gadot is particularly strong, with Gadot portraying the Evil Queen as a quietly resilient partner, offering emotional and moral support throughout the film. Their relationship is the emotional anchor of the film, and the couple’s struggles and sacrifices feel real.

However, the narrative takes a gripping turn when the couple’s adopted son, Rajeev Khosla (Meherrzan Mazda), accuses Snow White of attempted murder, attempting to seize control of the IVF chain.
